- Contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
- Are weapons, weapon parts, or items restricted by law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these conditions.
- Orders & Payments- All prices are listed in [your currency]. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to the custom nature of 3D printing.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, or modify offers at any time.
- File Submissions- When submitting files (e.g., STL, OBJ, CAD), you confirm that:
- You own or have permission to use the design.
- The file does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by poor design, scaling, or formatting errors.
- Production and Delivery- Production times vary based on complexity and materials. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
- Returns and Refunds- Each print is custom-made; returns are not accepted except for verified defects or shipping damage.
If you believe your product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will review and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
- Intellectual Property- All website content (text, graphics, logos, and images) belongs to OrdiCraft.
You retain ownership of designs you submit but grant OrdiCraft a temporary license to manufacture your item solely for fulfilling your order.
- Limitation of Liability- OrdiCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
- Privacy- Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
